Buyer presents seller purchase wish

Seller and buyer will sign notarial contract
(buyer pays 100% of the property price)
(buyer pays 100% of the property price)

Handover will be made during 3 working days after the contract is signed
Buyer can start with house construction preparations after signing the notarial contract - whole area is ready made (including infrastructure usage permits)!
Sales price includes
> integration to fresh water network
> integration to sewerage network
> integration to fiber optical cable network for (internet & TV)
> integration to electricity grid
> asphalt roads (until the entrance of property)
> street lightning
> VAT
Sales price excludes
> Notarial fees
> State fees (to register new ownership etc.)
