Sales process

Buyer will immediately agree/sign reservation agreement and pay reservation fee of 2000€.

Within 2 months first notarial contract will be signed and buyer pays 20% of the property cost (this sum includes initial reservation fee).

As soon as the property related communications and roads are built ready (current plan is to finish by November 2022) final notarial contract will signed and buyer pays all the rest cost of selected property. Ownership of the property will be then transferred to buyer.
Buyer can start with house construction preparations after signing the first notarial contract - seller will provide power of attorney which enables buyer to apply for housing criteria, construction permits etc.

Sales price includes

> integration to fresh water network
> integration to sewerage network
> integration to fiber optical cable network for (internet & TV)
> integration to electricity grid
> asphalt roads (until the entrance of property)
> street lightning
> VAT

Sales price excludes

> Notarial fees
> State fees (to register new ownership etc.)
